I received my backpack last week and was able to use it for 10 mile walks and short commutes to work. The backpack is chic and well made. It has enough space for my gym clothes and running shoes and also has room for when I need to carry extra items. I go almost everywhere and the backpack is also perfect for grocery shopping to carry household items without worrying about plastic bags ripping on me more than once. The padding inside also allows you to carry multiple items without moving when walking long distances. (This is a huge plus over a previous other brand backpack I tried which made it uncomfortable to use.) I like how it sits securely on my back - it's very comfortable to wear. Side pockets for two water bottles are ideal for long trips. The description mentions that "the breathable mesh back lets in cool air while helping to draw heat away from the back and shoulders," which I noticed right away when I first started using the pack. Again this is a noticeable difference from another backpack I have used, anyone who has used a backpack in the heat. a wet day will appreciate this feature. When I needed a backpack, it quickly became my go-to.
