Review on 📞 Enhanced VTech DS6251-3 DECT 6.0 2-Line Cordless Digital Answering System by Earl Ton

15 years. Unfortunately, the old system no longer worked with my new digital phone service, so I decided to upgrade to the new 6251 system. I love this phone system in every way but one. The sound quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the display is VERY dark, you can hardly see it at night. After spending an hour trying to figure out how to increase the brightness of the display, I finally called Vtech and was surprised and disappointed to learn that there was no brightness adjustment. I kept the phone system, but it's a constant annoyance. If someone calls me at night I literally can't read the caller ID to see who is calling. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll be able to keep this Vtech phone system for as long as the previous one.
