I think this is a table for 1 person. The design and functionality of the table is good, but there are always scratches on the surface. The manufacturing process appears to leave scratches on the top of the wood. It's not much (scratches) but as I'm paying close to a hundred dollars for a very small table I expect the table to be scratch free. I'm happy with imperfections in the color of the wood, but not deep scratches that are easy to spot. Again, I'm fine even if there are scratches under the table, but I can't have scratches on the top where I'll be looking at them all the time. Without the scratches this would have been a 5 star table (for my needs). But remember that this table is small. You can get bigger tables than this one which are cheaper and also portable. I would like to order this table again and see if I can get it without a scratch, but I don't want to waste my time returning it if it arrives with scratches.
