Permanent heavy bag.
How to carry a heavy sack filled with air. Do not drive or wear a seat belt while this jacket is zipped up. The design has no neck, just a hole for the head to protrude from. I constantly remake what should be on the neck, otherwise it would be unbearable to wear. I figured if I had enough time I might break it (like a glove). But no, a constant heavy bag. At least on a windy day the thing is warm. And 100% waterproof (when zipped).
