Excellent quality product but I received an open box

I personally like the Denso brand more than Bosch because it is very high quality and durable. The only reason I give it 3-4 stars is because a couple of times I've received an open box with poor packaging and missing plastic tabs and it's not worth the time and hassle to return. When you get a brand new product, it's worth every penny you pay for it.
