This set is perfect for us. We needed some light in some closets and this 6 piece set has done wonders in 4 different areas of our home! Each block has 10 LEDs, but they give off a lot of light! Impressive. Also, each one runs on 4 AAA batteries, which are always at hand. Each LED light detects motion within 3 feet and turns off automatically after 15 seconds. It only stays on as long as it senses movement. There is no on/off switch that is solely a motion sensor. Each bulb is about 7-8 inches long. Good item weight too; appears to be of good quality. And the fact that each has a magnetic strip helps keep them securely in place and gives us the ability to easily and quickly remove the light from the magnetic base when needed. We only received the light sensors today and placed them in our home, so I can't give any information on how long the batteries will last. There is little movement in some areas, so obviously these batteries will last longer than in areas where the sensor detects a lot more movement. But my husband and I are very happy we made this purchase. Ordered one day and received the next! Great product and great service!
