I have heart failure, psoriatic arthritis and severe spinal curvature. I spend my days in my floating chair and my back suffers from sitting all the time. This back brace has made my chair more comfortable as it supports my lower back and literally forces or encourages me into an upright position, relieving stress on my crooked spine. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to other people with back problems.
