I was hesitant to try pre-workout without stimulation but I needed some sleep as I work out in the evenings and this was affecting my rest time. I read all the reviews I could and decided to give it a try. I've been using GAT for a while now and I liked it, but it definitely ruined my sleep. On the first day of using the Pump Surge I noticed a different type of pump but thought it might be a placebo effect. . That night I slept without any problems. I've been using it for over two weeks now and I can tell you it really makes a big difference. I've never had this type of pump with GAT. So not only do I sleep better, I feel like my training is getting better.
