We bought two of these for Wii and VCR/DVD to connect to our new HDMI receiver. Everything was great until the one on the Wii started getting strings and started jumping. When I switched the Wii to the VCR/DVD video converter everything was fine. I bought another one to replace the bad one and I hope it lasts more than 3 months. I call it one of those rare product failures and only eat $14, but if it fails again I'll have to find another solution. UPDATE 08/31/18. I saw the warranty card that came with the new transducer and decided to email GANA to see if they would refund me for my new transducer. They were willing to replace the bad one OR refund me the new one I bought. They replied to me the same day and the money was refunded the next day! The email customer service was AMAZING. The products get 4 stars but because of the excellent customer service they get 5 stars.
