We bought this for our little 7 year old boy. It's in the 10th percentile, so it's small. The doctor's office didn't have braces his size, so we took a chance and ordered one. Not only does he suit him, but even remains a seven-year-old boy who spends most of the day playing games. We even bought another one so he has another while one is washing. I hope this helps to heal the torn ligament quickly! I've also tried it on my 11 and 9 year olds and they fit well too. Definitely adjustable for all ages.
