Good quality but: Beading and Jewelry Making
I had the same problem with necklaces not going through the hanging loop and I simply used jewelry pliers to press an oversized link into an oval shape. The real problem was that I had a significant shortage of hanging trays. I still have 7 or 8 glass cabochons left in almost all shapes. Since there is no way to buy frames separately I have to do something else with them.
