The overall design of the watch is excellent, I really wanted to like it, but after a week of use (received on 4/2/21) I encountered SOME awkward moments: 1. I can't download or access any more watch faces. It's not a deal breaker per se, but if it's advertised you can do it, then you should be able to. 2. NO resting heart rate. It worked the first day and then stopped. Alarm clock to wake me up DOESN'T WORK! Without using backup alarms, I would have been late for work every day for the past week. I'm not a heavy sleeper so I would have felt the vibration but it didn't work.4. NO activity alerts. It doesn't let me know to get up and move, no vibrations. 5. If you don't keep your phone within 10ft of you all the time, it will disconnect from bluetooth and you have to keep reconnecting it, VERY annoying! It should work fine with my phone but it doesn't play well. I followed the original instructions verbatim, so I know it's not because I missed something during unboxing/pairing. I also downloaded the correct app for the product so I know this is not the case. For now I'm just going to return it and try another brand of fitness trackers. Again, I really want this to work for me because I like the overall design and the display is very viewable even in bright sunlight, but unfortunately it doesn't have to be that way.
