I almost didn't buy this because someone complained about the itchy label. The label is only sewn on at one end, so cutting it off is easy - no problem. I have small bones (relative to being American and not Asian) and am 5'8". The circumference of my elbow is 9 1/4 inches and my upper arm is about 3 inches above the elbow is 9 1/2 inches. Me have pretty slim hands. The little ones are perfect, wouldn't want them any tighter. I put them on today (5/6/19) right after putting them on and they are definitely helping with arthritis/neuropathy in my right elbow. (I got snapped at walking my dogs in the side mirror of an SUV texting hit and run landed on my right jaw shoulder and elbow so my elbow problem is very real/painful it helps me was going to be black but i thought it might be too hot and heavy and i didnt like beige i am very happy with pink its not neon and has a coral hue actually quite pretty i would be very comfortable in it in public - looks sporty , not ht dated, but beige would be nice if you need to wear it under a white blouse, more formal dresses, etc. for example.
