Attempted purchase 1: We bought an item and had to return/exchange it before we even tried it due to incorrect cables and hardware. sent to us. We weren't even able to set up the product properly. Purchase attempt 2: This product has been in our family for about 6 months and we have used it about 2-3 times. We tried again to show our kids a movie in the van tonight and the main screen stopped working - discoloration/pixel issues, no picture on the main monitor. I tried unplugging one of the cables to turn it off and on again and the cable's connector came loose. We have really enjoyed this product on a number of occasions when we have used it and our kids loved it but obviously the product needs to be made from cheap parts lest it break after minimal use. I hope to get a refund if possible and buy a similar product from a better known brand.
