I bought this for my cat and she hates it but I love it! However, in her defense, she doesn't wear any type of clothing. I love that this one has slits in the arms instead of holes which allow for more freedom of movement. It also has a very nice large neck opening. Note that there is no slot on the back for a leash if you want to wear it over a dog (or cat) harness. The top is longer than the bottom so it covers more of the back. My cat has a thick coat and hasn't worn it outside and doesn't need it to keep warm in winter so I can't speak to her warmth. I can't even wear it myself to see how warm it is. It's a relatively thin sweater, but it's tightly knit so it's probably good for a small dog at home or on a cold day outside. I wouldn't count on it for frost. It stretches very well in all directions, which helps a lot when dressing. Very sweet and soft. Definitely recommend!
