I usually wear XL when I'm 180 and 5'5 but I ordered XXL because some people said it runs small. The size XXL fits perfectly. NOTE: This shapewear is very tight around my stomach, I need to get used to it. It doesn't flatten the tummy as much as I would like, but flattens the back VERY well and enlarges the butt VERY much. I recommend its great product for the price and looks decent.
