Disappointed with the product received.

The round cracker case was fine as it was sent in the square cracker case. The cracker's square casing was broken at the top where the lid meets the soiled one. The containers were shipped in an envelope, not a box. I didn't find any broken plastic in the plastic bag it was shipped in, so I suspect it was damaged prior to shipment. I didn't return it due to the price and didn't feel it was worth my time and money to return it.
