I've been having problems with swelling in my feet, ankles and legs due to a certain medication. I received the product today and tried it right away. After 15 minutes on the foot massager (I chose not to do 25 minutes the first time), the skin around my feet and ankles didn't feel tight. I'll probably know the swelling will come back, but I'm willing to take a chance with this foot massager, it was just too good. I tried the pads on my lower back to see if it would help the nerves there and when I took the pads out of the plastic bag and peeled off the clear backing, they stuck to EVERYTHING! They feel gross, but believe it or not, you get away with nothing. I would definitely do a comedy video if anyone else was around! My advice to you: take off your shirt/blouse (as shown in the booklet) and go. Overall I am satisfied with this product. It's easy to use. The brochure explains things well; written and pictures. I just hope it lasts longer than some things made in China.
