Review on 🧅 Hutzler Onion Saver - Classic Yellow by Ryan Barton

I don't understand how a company that makes a smaller product, identical to a larger one except for the size, could screw up the production of a larger one. This company does just that. My yellow onion headband finally snapped at the threads after five years of daily use. I thought a bigger screensaver would be better. Not correct! This red onion screensaver is awful! Difficult to open, difficult to close. Things just don't add up like the yellow model. I'll use it until I'm forced to take it outside and smash it to pieces. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED! FIX: On the verge of breaking this thing, I decided to fix it: I used a dremmel to cut off the protruding tabs holding the halves together. Problem solved! The halves fold nicely and you can open them by gently squeezing the bottom half. They still retain the onion smell, so your fridge doesn't get stinky.
