They sound good. Check. The headphones fit well in my typical ears. Check. They appear to reduce outside noise primarily by sealing, but it's effective at reducing outside noise of all kinds. Just don't wait for anyone to say anything. To verify. There is a flat cable. stylish? Is it prone to confusion because it's flat and sticks to itself? Yes. Check. Without the cable I would have given four stars. I would give five stars if the noise cancellation was actual noise cancellation and not just earbuds. simply drown out all outside noise. Think about the difference between foam earbuds, which block out all outside noise, and noise-canceling headphones, which block out repetitive outside noise. I think they excel in the first, not the second.
