The person in the picture must be very small. These bags are small. Perhaps hold a small to medium sized watermelon, half sticking out. One reviewer said he/she packs a beach towel, sunscreen, etc. This is in no way appropriate for a beach towel. My sunscreen, sunglasses and of course my water bottle. But no beach towel unless yours is very thin or small. Enough volume for a normal towel. The quality is bad too. Loose, unraveling threads everywhere. I could see the bad stitching through the plastic wrap but took it out for a close inspection in case I made a mistake or everything else is fine. My heart sank when I realized how small they were and that there were bad stitching everywhere. I immediately put them back in the package and wanted to send them back. Booooo!
