I love my teacup and the Bible message on it that speaks to my heart, but it doesn't keep my tea warm for long. I like how it fits and feels in hand. I wanted a ceramic mug to replace the plastic mug I currently use at home. I wanted the mug to help me create a more aesthetically pleasing experience when sipping my morning tea. My stainless steel mug is good for travel, but at home I wanted something that would help create a warm, comfortable mood. This mug does almost exactly the same thing, except my tea cools too quickly. When I received my mug my first thought was to send one to my sister and one to my brother-in-law, but after trying it out and realizing that the contents had cooled too quickly I decided not to send them a mug. However, this mug is nice to look at and hold, but doesn't keep hot drinks warm for long (which is why I bought it for myself); So keeping my sister's morning coffee or my son-in-law's morning tea warm for a reasonable amount of time is not a good gift. Although I've decided to keep mine and buy a mug warmer. I'm sure my sister and son-in-law would have loved the trophy as much as I did.
