These extreme fence collars are in good condition although one of these stopped working after our dog decided he needed to swim in the paddling pool with children. The only thing I don't like is that the batteries aren't rechargeable and they're expensive! I switched to buying packs of individual LR44 batteries and using 4 of them in a stack in collars. Some of the charges and batteries seem to work, just find them and run them for 2-3 months (our dogs know where the limit is so they rarely get close enough to get electrocuted). As a safety note, there is no LED indicator to tell you when the collar is on/working (low battery only). So I always check that the collars are working by holding them by the strap and approaching the fence boundary until they emit a sound signal. .
