The thing is almost entirely made of plastic. However, it has a good current and makes for a nice pouring shower. The spray pressure is not very strong, but it creates a lot of water over a large area, especially when both heads are used at the same time. I didn't notice any big changes in pressure when using one or both shower heads. I had to replace the shower head (the pipe that comes out of the wall that the shower head is attached to). We had a fairly standard 6" mount which left this unit too close to the wall so you couldn't mount the magnetic wearable straight - it had to be turned sideways or the wearable's handle and hose would hit the wall Wall hitting and holding magnet would sit securely. I replaced it with an 8 inch arm to give it enough clearance.
