Not good at all for toothpaste
Doesn't work. I use it twice a day for two weeks in a row. I have not noticed any noticeable changes in teeth whitening. That's coming from someone who brushes their teeth twice a day, doesn't smoke or drink (so no teeth-staining wines), doesn't drink coffee at all, and I only have a cup of tea every now and then. My teeth are not quite yellow, but I would like a lighter shade. I was hoping this would help and had my hopes based on the reviews. Save money and look for another product. The only plus is that the teeth are clean and smooth.
