There's good and bad here; The good thing is that it's larger than many coffin shelves and it's quite budget-friendly too. It's almost the end of the good. The package arrived in a cardboard box which I'm not sure was big enough for the length but twice the width. Loosely wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap with no padding to keep it in place, I was somewhat surprised to see it was intact. +1 stamina. The wood is thinly and unevenly coated and the red felt appears to have a sanding mark. I read a lot of reviews beforehand about problems with the back felt and how easy it is to replace, but that's a bit of a shame because I like the red color. I'll put something on it and see if it bothers me. Technically I'd give it 3.5 stars, but I can't guarantee I'll bump it up to four. These are all simple fixes, but you don't have to fix new things, but going back would be frustrating. If you are looking for a cheap OKAY coffin shelf then look no further but there are probably better ones out there. Oh the stickers were cool I think? I didn't even know they were part of the order to be honest lol. But they seem neat. I think? I don't know, but yes, the shelf is fine. **EDIT** After I left my initial review, the company contacted me and apologized for the product I received and offered to replace me with a new one as soon as possible. I have to admit that initially I didn't contact them myself as I didn't want to bother returning another one but was really impressed to hear from them. A few days later I received my replacement unit (it was packed in a different protective box) and I am happy to report that it is in PERFECT condition. I am changing my 3 stars to 5 stars and I can say that any company that goes above and beyond normal service to ensure the customer is satisfied will always have me as their customer. I left my original review intact for reference but removed the photos as I feel this company more than made up for the inconvenience and changed my 3 star rating to a well deserved 5. Terrific.
