Great solution that has helped improve efficiency
The system is very user friendly and easy to use. I like how it integrates with our ERP. It is a great tool for tracking shipments from pick up to delivery. It can be used as a standalone product, but we are using it as an add-on to our existing shipment management software. We have not found any downsides at this time. However, we would like to see more integration with other systems. We are solving the problem of tracking shipments from pick up to delivery. This allows us to keep track of all shipments in one place.
Pros
- Easy access
- Mobile app available so you don't need your computer everytime.
- Great interface that makes everything simple
- Integrates well into SAPERA which provides seamless data collection between both products (SAP/Scan Data)
Cons
- Somewhat expensive; however if purchased yearly they become less costly.
- Does NOT integrate seamlessly when importing orders directly via Excel or Access
