Incredibly poor quality of some parts. In particular, the screw clamp of the telescopic shaft - even moderate "tightening" causes the nut to turn in the hexagon socket. I can't imagine how soft and flimsy this plastic is for that. Bad technology, bad choice of materials. Upgrading the rubber plastic they used on this part (it's a custom part with two nut and bolt bushings for the top and bottom bars) would not have cost more than pennies. intending to adjust it beyond the original height setting I would return it now but luckily I won't need it once it's installed. However, if you plan on customizing this thing on a regular basis, look elsewhere. 2 stars but downgraded to 1 after seeing the description where it says "Aluminum" construction. The weak point in this thing is (I'm sure) deliberately designed to look just like the aluminum shafts in the photos, but it's terribly cheap and flimsy plastic. What I initially thought was bad technique I wouldn't call intentional cheating.
