Review on Sceptre E248W 19203R Monitor: Metallic, 60Hz, Blue Light Filter, Built-In Speakers, Tilt Adjustment (Model: E248W-19203R, HDMI) by Sravan Driscoll

I bought it because it was recommended to me when I recently bought a computer. Well I'm not very happy with that. I would return it if it wasn't for the hassle. At first I blamed the CG, but after playing around with the screen settings a bit it improved a bit, so this is definitely not a monitor. Every now and then the screen goes blank for a few seconds and my favorite game's UI has these weird graphical glitches, but in the main part of the game the graphics look ok (just weird in the UI where the images appear smaller). . If you hit the monitor during use, the image will flicker. Like the HDMI cable isn't making a good connection or something. Colors are very nice and vibrant, which is nice, and images on the main part of the screen are very sharp. The sound from the built-in speakers is clear, but I added speakers because I wanted the sound to come from the front, not the back. So a total of 3 out of 5 (passable, but not outstanding).
