Goes very well with my trousers. Has enough stretch for a good fit, but not too much. The settings are good. The only problem is that some styles of pants curve down at the back when leaning on or sitting down. The belt slides through the loops like most belts. It's still better than nothing and it's dying to keep me from pulling my pants up every 5 minutes so that's a plus. The price was much better than most other belts and with its attachment to the front loops it is much easier to use the toilet. You don't have to worry about the buckle getting stuck because you just unbutton your pants. Very good product
