Hey everyone, I haven't seen many reviews from other men so here's one for you. If, like me, you've tried professional laser hair removal before, you might be a bit skeptical about IPL, as your doctor has likely warned you about possible burns and other side effects. Because of this, this model was a good choice as it had FDA safety certification and many reviews. I've only used it once so far on my back, buttocks, shoulders, chest and stomach, but the burnt hair smell seems to indicate it's working. I shaved the sections beforehand as instructed. My goal is to further thin out my chest and belly fluff and get rid of hair on my back, buttocks and shoulders together. It's a bit tricky getting areas back so I'd ask a partner for help, even if you're flexible if you decide to go there. Aside from that biological inconvenience, this device creates and is an easy win, just "move slowly until you know" like on the ski slopes. Try level 3 in one spot, wait a few minutes and if no burn marks appear maybe go to level 4+. The only side effect I noticed was some post-procedure redness, which went away after a few hours. All in all, I would highly recommend this product to men who are doing IPL hair removal.
