If most of your carry items are thin, this might suit you. I really wanted to keep this beauty bag, but it doesn't fit me. If it was 1.5-2 inches lower I could use it. My daily load is a 12.9 inch flip top iPad Pro, an Apple keyboard with a minimal sleeve, 1 zip pocket with assorted iPhone pens and cables, a letter sized planner book. (1 inch thick), a 6.8 x 8.25 notepad (0.75 inch thick) and miscellaneous documents (1-2 inch thick). "Various documents" will not fit in in any way, everything else will occupy the entire interior. Without various documents, everything hardly fits. I prefer bags with pockets and main compartments that open very wide. The two main compartments open halfway, which I find hardly acceptable. The outer smaller pockets are well hidden but I find it very annoying to take anything out of these pockets. I have small (female) hands and still feel the holes are tight. The straps of the backpack are narrow, which I think makes it more feminine, despite other reviews. The backpack is easy to carry when fully packed.
