The only thing that helps my child with sleep problems
Before we tried this my 6 year old didn't sleep in his bed all night, not once. This sheet gives her the sensory information she needs to fall asleep and sleep longer. She wakes up less often and now regularly sleeps through the night in her own bed. She sleeps soundly so I like that she is light. The only downside is that it can be quite difficult to climb onto the mattress - easier with two people and difficult but doable with one. I wish I had bought it three years ago. To be honest, this changed our family.
