The pillow is very comfortable and supportive. I am currently undergoing trigger point injections and physical therapy and this pillow has made it much easier for me to sit at my desk with proper posture and support. The cushion is large so you sit a little further forward in the chair. The straps are suitable for a very large chair as they are elastic, but for smaller chairs there is no way to tighten them. My initial plan was to add my own extra straps, but so far I don't find that too much of a problem. I highly recommend this cushion if you have a chair with plenty of room to sit.
