It probably shouldn't be used every day due to the tension and stretching of the delicate skin around the eyes.
It takes forever to figure out how to use it. They really need a video or at least a manual in English if they are going to sell them here. I feel like they cause me more wrinkles in the delicate area of my eyelids over time. All that stretching from bad posture was taking its toll. Not sure if this is a good idea for every day, but if you want to look rested, if you ever get the hang of how the eyes are placed correctly and hit it almost every time, then you're fine. They don't help your eyes in any way in the long run. Short-term change for the better is all you get. And as I said, they can stretch the skin even more.
