These were my first true wireless headphones and I really liked them. Immediately on the case, I noticed that they were preloaded, as in the case. The case has green lights on the front that tell you how charged it is, which is a nice touch. I immediately opened the case and took out the headphones. When I opened the Bluetooth pairing screen on my phone (iPhone XR), I saw the TWS-880 appear and connect to it. I put the earbud in and then took the other one out of the case and it paired with the first one straight away with no issues. There's a voice to tell you when they're paired and when they're connecting to your bluetooth. Next, I replaced the ear cups with smaller ones. They came with medium sized on-ear headphones, a smaller one which I switched to and a large set. The sound is pretty decent. There's no noise cancellation, but there is noise isolation as they sit snugly in the ears and wrap snugly around the ears. It was loud enough for me to hear when traveling on public transport. The reason I bought these headphones was not only affordable but also because they were IPX7 waterproof and had pretty decent playback times. I've lost track of time, but I know I've listened to it for at least 5 hours straight on a single charge. It takes a little getting used to, but I really like the idea that I can have complete control over every aspect of my listening experience using the touch controls on the earbuds. Play/pause, volume up and down, skip tracks forward and backward. My only complaint, which may have to do with the fact that this is my first pair and I'm not used to it, is that the touch controls are very sensitive. I kept turning the music on and off as I put the headphones on and off. Actually it was weird. I think it could be better because after a day of use I don't do it that often now. The only other downside is that the price is up 33 percent in one week. I'm glad I got them when I got them. Finally, I would like to say that I did not get them because of the discount for writing a review. I write very few reviews but these were pretty impressive. It seems that when you make something this small and complex you are bound to have a few bad ones in production. Also, people today aren't the smartest, and I attribute many of these "problems" to user error. Mine worked great and yours probably too.
