I don't know why mine broke but after a year it did. I'm not upset, I quickly bought an extra cheap one and was able to keep working while waiting for a warranty return on this one. They were very helpful and offered to help me when I needed a charger. for work. I've already run out of the moment this one died and got a quick replacement as I should already, but your care and suggestion make this a really good buy so you know it will last , but if something happens, they got yours back. Stop looking around, if it fits your computer, go for it. It never overheats, stays cool and I've had no issues up until this one warranty item and they're already working on a replacement on the way.
