So these shoes. Yes, they're really cute, they don't seem like they will hurt, but there is a size problem. That was an accident, which is a valid concern on their part, but I'm glad it worked for my favor I guess). But the reason is that the sizing is bad (understatement of the century). To have an 8 be gigantic, a 7 fit like a normal 7 should, and then to have accidentally ordered a 7 again and have it be loose and almost too big? Doesn't make sense.TAKEAWAY:If you're willing to deal with the hassle and inconsistency in sizing (even in the same size!) and a potential boatload of returns, they are a cute shoe. The inconvenience was.an inconvenience. There is no excuse for this sizing issue, to be as bad as it is, but I like the shoes and making a couple of returns isn't the end of the world. The fact that they aren't uncomfortable so far (I've only worn them in short time spans at home to break them in) and they are honestly really cute.I appreciate the seller reaching out about why I had to order 3 separate times. And as I said, shipping was fast each time, especially in the midst of the issues of Covid.FINAL EDIT: The seller has reached out and offered a refund for half the price of the shoe to make up for everything that happened. I did up my star rating as (aside from the sizing I mentioned) the shoe is nice, cute, and comfortable and the seller has resolved any issue that I might have had. So the entire experience really turned around thanks to the concern of the seller.
