Review on Amico Recessed LED Light with 3000K and 5000K Selectable Installation Option by Jose Brunson

Update: Amico contacted me and I have provided a photo of the glasses. I inserted the springs into the slots and did not use the clips in the glass (circled in red). As with the other two reviews I am completely unhappy with the springs used to hold the onions in the jar, they are too weak to support the weight of the onions. I have 6 inch cans and the bulbs don't fit the ceiling. Most of the ones I tried first hung about 1.5 inches from the ceiling. So I had to take the springs off the old reflectors and put them in the headlights and then attach them to the benches like the old reflectors. The headlights themselves are good, the 3 color temperatures are nice. The light was much brighter than our old 65 watt LED spotlights. My wife even noticed the difference. However, if the headlights are not left in the housing (banks), then they are practically useless. Unless you want to change them like I do, which takes longer to install, and your glasses are 6 inches (maybe 5 inches would work better), you probably don't need them. I once bought another brand from Ollie's discount store and they held up perfectly in the jars.
