Edited after receiving a replacement from the seller: I ordered this in the 9-12 month size for our 22lb, 30" baby and it's roomy, but not too big. It's cotton, so it can shrink a bit after multiple washes. It's thicker fabric, but very soft and I love the natural cream color of non-bleached cotton. I ordered the hedgehog one (watercolor style) and it turns out that my non-chlorine baby detergent was too harsh on the natural dyes (Dreft Stage 2). The seller was great at responding and sent me a replacement right away. They advised me to hand wash and that as my detergent has enzymes to remove food stains, it'll also remove the dyes they use for the designs. While the garment is definitely very soft and well made, it does require a bit of extra care that I was not expecting to have to worry about in a onesie that baby is bound to get food all over. Quality-wise, it's wonderful, but I can only give it 4 out of 5 stars because of the special care required, which for me is a downside in an everyday baby item. Attached is a picture of the replacement (what the design looks new) and the one I washed once with Dreft Stage 2.
