I bought this watch for my daughter's 10th birthday. She wore it all summer and it gives her a gorgeous tan line. We love this product but the stripe is no longer white. It started turning yellow after a month of use and is now torn and unusable. In the Questions and Answers section, it states that the watch does not support changing straps. Now where does this leave me? I can't just throw it away or buy a new one just for the group. The seller seems to respond to messages meaning they care, so I hope we can resolve this issue. She missed the opportunity to check the lunch and break times on her watch. ☺️
