The ability to have my team of developers work with each other without me directly involved by using our own tool, which is called Pivotal Tracker. It allows us to track all tasks in one place so that we can see who's working on what task at any given time. Also it helps keep everyone informed about their progress towards reaching goals. So far I've had no complaints but if you do find something wrong or feel there are better alternatives out there then please let me know! As mentioned before this software has helped improve communication between teams within our organisation and also allowed for more transparency.
