Gave this to our six year old son as a Hanukkah gift. He likes it very much. Some parts are more durable than others. I see a few things take too long to break, but he was stoked on it. He wears a whistle and binoculars around his neck all day and keeps his sling (a great addition) and compass in his pocket all day. Overall a great purchase
