Review on Lippert Components 733931 Premium SolidStep by David Diaz

PRO: Very fast delivery. The steps are very solid and look great. Real help getting in and out of our hybrid camper. Not too difficult to install. CONS: As mentioned in other reviews, the box was literally destroyed upon arrival. Couldn't unpack the tiers without completely ripping the crate apart, making it impossible to go back to that crate. The steps were damaged, with small dents and creases. I decided not to bother with the return since the box was gone. The installation hardware was missing all the bolts, nuts, and washers. Called customer service, sent replacement, arrived next day. Guess what was missing, bolts, nuts, washers! I emailed them to explain better but got no further response from them, ordered a replacement from another site and received the high performance units. Later, after examining the legs for stabilization, I found that one of their mounts was very badly damaged. Spent over 3 hours fixing it. The steps are great, beware of damage issues. It can take a long time to understand everything. All in all, I still recommend these steps. Lippert and Revane must work together to fix the damage issues.
