This item has really changed my shaving experience. I can shave cleanly with fewer ingrown hairs, which painfully slows me down. I know that on average I can have an ingrown hair or two every shaving cycle (three days) and not before (810). I wish I had had one of these things a long time ago. Would have saved me hundreds of trips to the dermatologist for infected follicles. Update: After buying a second one for travel, I immediately noticed that the new one has much softer bristles than the first. I ordered a second one because I liked the stiff hard bristles that really scraped the dead skin off my beard (very coarse hair). I'm a little disappointed as I literally have to apply tons of pressure and brush quickly to get the same effect as my original. I don't know if the first one I got was a runaway or the second. The recommendation to the seller is to control and check the quality of the consistency of each of the brushes to ensure they remain the same.
