I like that it has all of my job search tools in one place! It makes searching for jobs so much easier than having to go through multiple sites with different functions. There are only certain fields available when you're looking at your resume or profile page which can be frustrating if there isn't something specific listed as an option but not enough room left over after adding other information about yourself (i.e., education). Make sure you have plenty of time between applying/interviewing because they tend to take their sweet ass times before getting back to applicants who don’t get interviews right away even though we sent them our resumes months ago. We were able to find more positions using this site versus going directly into each individual website where some companies didn't list any open roles until well beyond what was posted here.
