Makes hair soft. Without damage.
I like that this product fades a bit over time so I don't get hard roots. I've been using it for years and I'm disappointed that Whole Foods no longer sells it and doesn't order it for me. I've always used a color that they don't wear regularly and they have it by special order. Tried different brands before deciding on this one. They do different series, N, R, D, which I mix. My stylist is a respected colorist and always compliments my color. I love this brand. Easy to use.
