I liked it a lot at first, but after 2 months it stopped heating! too late to report so I guess I'll have to discard this update ***** after I left my review the company committed to emailing me to try and resolve the issue. They believe I may have received a defective heating pad and have offered a full refund or a free replacement. I decided to get a replacement because I really liked the heating pad before it stopped working. I receive a new heating pad within 2 days and so far the new heating pad is working perfectly. So I changed my rating from 1 to 5, customer service was exceptional which is hard to come by these days.
