Brush Plate Doesn't Fit Properly on 2-Speed Low Voltage Mounting Brackets

Not quite sure where to start. I purchased this item as an emergency device while trying to fix a setup I made behind my TV. This aspect is definitely not the fault of this company or this product. It was me trying to be too smart and hoping to get away with doing less work than was actually required. So I bought this item as well as a standard 2 place low voltage mounting bracket. There is nothing special about the mount - you can buy it at any hardware store that sells such devices. It's pretty standard. So I chose this Revain 2-brush wall plate for two reasons: first, it shows the brush plate flush with the outer plate; This is the effect I wanted and was striving for. And it turned out that he had exactly three keystones. Other reviews said the three included could be removed so I went racing. When it arrived I installed my 2 place low voltage mounting bracket. I want to reiterate that they're essentially standardized, so there's no reason VITEK should have messed this up as much as they did. After this installation almost everything fell apart with this installation. So when you receive it, there are two separate brackets that need to be mounted on the mounting bracket. The first is for the network connectors/coax and the second is for the brush. While this was difficult, I was able to pull out the ethernet ports and coax keystone without damaging anything. A flat screwdriver or a plastic tool will help you. I had existing ethernet keystone jacks already wired up and ready to go. My suggestion when doing the same is to start from the bottom up and snap the top of the keystone bushings as far as you can, then press on the bottom to get the alignment right. They fit well and this bracket itself is mounted correctly on the mounting bracket. The brush cap is just plain junk and should not be used. It was an insult. So when they ship it, it snaps in place with the bracket facing out, next to the coax/ethernet bracket. Looks like they're working fine. But if you attempt to mount the brush grid bracket to the mounting bracket, you will find that the plastic body of the brush nozzle is too large for any standard low voltage two-piece bracket. You can reach the top but you can't reach the bottom. You can get low but you can't get high. It's absolutely unbelievable how they managed to screw this up. I have no idea what they tested it with (if anything), but now I can say it doesn't fit. You'd be better off buying it separately and getting a separate ethernet/coax mount and cover than buying this as I had to go to the store and buy a separate brush mount. Separate fit correctly - I think because manufacturers who are in hardware stores know better than to supply products that do not fit standardized devices. I left two stars because the cover fits well and the keystone jacks are removable and seem to fit the standard keystone jacks perfectly. But you can buy from other sellers with less hassle.
