Alignment issues Suitable for TV accessories

This wall mount itself is strong but has issues that cause the TV not to stay level1) The screws on the VESA mounts are too short or too long. With longer screws and spacers you will not be able to achieve the required depth (number of turns) in the instructions. This leads to uncertainty as to exactly how much thread is in the VESA holes. There isn't enough thread and your TV will fall off the brackets, not the wall! Due to the weakening, there is a problem with the level. 2) The crossbars that the VESA mounts hang from have a locking lever to secure the TV so it doesn't pop out. Here's the big problem with alignment. Perlesmith supplies very small and cheap Phillips head screws {2} which cannot tighten the stop lever enough to keep the crossbars on either side from lifting. The locking levers must be bent and tightened with a socket head screw, as the Phillips will strip the threads when tightened. After the bars are firmly fixed, the TV should stay close to the (+-) level. Why does the customer have to bend locking levers and buy socket head screws to fix this problem? Points DOWN! There are 2 Phillips nuts that tighten the height adjustment (unless you're leveling the wall mount I guess?). So why save on the attachment of the crossbars?
